Learning how to grow in Christ's love by studying scripture while learning about ourselves and those around us is an important part of who we are at First Christian Church in Findlay.
Throughout the year, First Christian offers adult learning programs during the year with helping us as followers of Jesus Christ to broaden ourselves. In the past, First Christian has held adult classes on biblical interpretation, theological education, and programs relating to diversity and culture.
Recently, we hosted a "Social-Justice Series" which prior to worship that examined major social-justice issues in our world while having a discussion of how these issues related to our call as followers of Jesus Christ to be a voice for those globally who are facing social-injustices. s are listed on our events calendar.
Additionally, First Christian offers a book and bible studies. Studies are done in person or online depending on the desire of the group. We seek to learn by studying the bible and finding ways for children, teenagers and adults to apply God's teachings in their life.
